About the Scholarship

The Richard Nickerson Scholarship Fund was started in the spring of 1997 by parents of Windham Chamber Singers. The scholarship is awarded each year to a graduating senior who plans to pursue choral music as part of his or her college experience.

Scholarship Committee

The Richard Nickerson Scholarship Committee consists of eight members which include four Windham High School choral program alumni. The committee meets throughout the year to plan the annual scholarship concert and to organize the application process and presentation of the scholarship at Senior Awards Night.
